Crown offers hair transplant and hair restoration services tailored to individual needs. Consultations and treatment plans will be personalised based on the assessment made by our certified professionals.
Our services and website are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees about the results of any treatment or procedure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown – The Hair Transplant Experts™ disclaims all implied warranties, including those regarding fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
In no event shall the Clinic or its employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or reputation.
Consultations:
– Fees for consultations are non-refundable.
Treatments:
– The booking amount paid is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the surgery.
- The booking amount is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of payment. You must ensure that the surgery occurs within this 3-month period. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the booking amount, and you will have no claim for a refund or carryover.
– In cases of medical issues, the booking amount will be refunded & will reflect in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
The date of surgery can be rescheduled by you only once, provided you notify the clinic at least 5 days before the originally scheduled and ensuring your personal information is handled in accordance with the law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is managed.
Before undergoing any hair transplant procedure, patients must provide complete and accurate medical history. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate. All procedures carry inherent risks, and it is the patient’s responsibility to follow post-procedure care instructions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable.
